Communion

One can receive communion twice in one day, as long as the second time is during a mass. One should fast from food and drink (water and medicine are allowed) for one hour before receiving communion, The sick, elderly and those caring for them can receive communion without fasting.

Easter communion: All who have made their First Communion are duty bound to receive communion at least once a year. This should normally be at Easter time when the church celebrates the suffering, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
